Stylists progress through five levels: Tyro, Crafter, Artisan, Maestro and Prestige. Before working on the floor as a full stylist, each one must finish ColorConstruct, a twelve-month apprenticeship. Moving up a level depends on work experience, how well a stylist keeps clients, further training and skill. Haircut and color pricing is tied to these levels. Color work can be booked as an hourly Creative Color charge for appointments lasting at least three hours, with a chemical service fee of $30 or more added when more than 60 grams of color is used. Booking terms: a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the quote is required for appointments of four hours or longer; changes must be requested at least 72 hours ahead; a no-show costs $25 for a haircut or 20% of the stylist's hourly rate for color; new clients must keep a credit card on file.

The salon focuses on specialization, with color as its core expertise, and pairs each service with a tailored at-home care plan.
