Its mission is to nurture healthy hair while keeping each client's natural beauty intact, and it describes its approach as timeless techniques with a modern touch of luxury. Stylists tailor each service to the client's style, hair type and preferences, and the stylist talks through hair goals before cutting.

The suite is designed to feel calm, and each client is the only one there during a service. Guests may not bring others to appointments, except for wedding or event consultations, because the space is limited. New guests complete a form covering hair goals, length, care routine, any past hair loss and current or past color. Color services begin with a message to the salon with photos of current hair and the desired shade. The salon may decline color work if hair is too fragile and may revisit it once hair is healthier.

Appointments can be booked by calling (984) 322-0260 or through the website. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 3pm. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late are accepted, and later arrivals may need to rebook.
