Services are grouped into hair services, color, balayage, add-on treatments and bridal packages. Haircuts are shaped to the face, hair and lifestyle and start at $110. Blowouts with a wash start at $90, and updos or curling styles start at $90. Color runs from a $100 gloss that refreshes faded tone and neutralizes brassiness, to gray coverage at $155, to full-service highlights and balayage. Prices marked as starting prices vary by hair length, thickness and the result wanted.

Balayage comes in two forms. Open-air balayage is hand-painted without foils for a soft, sun-kissed dimension, while traditional foil balayage adds foils when more lift or brightness is needed, which suits darker hair, previous color or a brighter blonde. Each balayage application is customized to the client's hair and goals.

Add-on treatments include a scalp treatment at $55, a deep conditioning treatment at $60 and a hydration treatment starting at $70 that can be done during or between color services. The K18 treatment at $115 can be booked on its own or added to any color service. For smoothing, the keratin treatment at $300 reduces frizz and strengthens damaged hair, and a lighter express keratin treatment is priced at $185.

Bridal clients can choose a package on location or at the salon. The Let's Focus Just on You package includes one stylist and a touch-up kit. The Dream Team package brings two stylists on location, with touch-ups right before the veil is placed, and also includes a touch-up kit. Bridal consultations are held Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays by appointment, with a $200 non-refundable deposit that can be applied to the package once the wedding is booked.

Appointments need 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, may be charged the full service cost. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook, and late arrivals may receive a shortened service or be cancelled with a fee. Text and email reminders are sent 48 hours before and on the day of the appointment.

Services are built around each client's hair, from its texture and condition to the look they want, and clients receive product suggestions for maintaining their hair at home.
