Hair is the main focus, with cuts and styling, a range of color services including full foil, partial foil, balayage and glaze, and treatments such as a keratin treatment and a custom scalp treatment. Brow tinting and spray tans are also offered.

Bridal clients can book a bridal hair trial with consultation, which runs 90 minutes and includes two hairstyles, or a separate 60-minute bridal trial. Bridesmaid hair and updos are offered too. Hair extension services include install, move-up and removal, and an extension consultation is available at no charge.

Appointments can be booked online through the salon's GlossGenius page. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and customers must be approved before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead carry a 40% fee, and no-shows are charged 100%. Gift cards are offered. The salon is open Tuesday 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM, and closed Monday and Sunday.
