The suites are home to 12 suite owners who each take new clients and are booked separately. Providers operate independently, set their own pricing and availability, and take bookings through the online system, so each provider is booked on their own. Walk-ins and same-day appointments are not accepted. Medical aesthetics provider Reverie Skin Co. is on the second floor, and cosmetic tattooing is also offered upstairs.

The Blowout Bar, based at The Sandbar at DRFT, handles blowouts, updos, wedding hair and event styling. The Elyse menu covers a range of services from a scalp massage and hair masque to dry styling, root touch-ups, glossing, highlights, balayage, updos and a one-length cut finished with a blowout. Scalp facials, including a 2.5-hour luxury scalp facial listed under head spa services, are offered at DRFT Salon, which is operated by Maggie Leonhardt and team. Full body waxing, brow lamination and lash tinting are offered at The Palms Wax Studio, and Woke Up Like This offers lash line enhancement, brow services and lip services. Massage therapy and energy work are available through a suite provider.

The salon offers the CALECIM Hair Growth Healing Treatment, which comes with a six-week supply for use at home. It is available to clients who have had a prior hair loss consultation or DRFT experience and whose provider recommends it. Halo and custom clip-in extension consultations run about 30 minutes, and pricing varies by the look chosen. A $50 consultation fee is credited toward an extensions order. Products cannot be shipped, so they must be collected in person. A product that has not been opened can be fully refunded if returned within 60 days. Gift cards, continuing education and event hosting are also offered.

Each provider works independently, setting their own pricing and availability, and clients book directly with the provider they choose.
