A visit begins with a complimentary, comprehensive consultation, and every service is offered a la carte. Prices are listed as ranges and rise with the experience and expertise of the stylist doing the work. Appointments can be booked ahead and secured with a credit card, and clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early. Changes must be requested within 14 days of a service. A missed or changed appointment without at least 24 hours' notice is charged half the cost of that service. Guests also have access to a self-styling station with products and tools.

Hair extensions are a major part of the menu. A $60 extensions consultation is required before any extension service. Luxury beaded wefts are made from 100% European Remy hair in lengths of 20 to 24 inches, with silicone-lined beads and shades matched to natural color, including balayage tones. A first application takes two to two and a half hours and includes a customized blending cut and style. Beaded wefts need a move-up about every four weeks, which takes 15 to 30 minutes. Tape-ins use 100% Remy hair from HairTalk in lengths from 13 to 25 inches and need a move-up every six to eight weeks, lasting up to three applications, about six months. The salon says beaded wefts can last a full year with proper maintenance, and that natural hair stays intact when they are removed. Move-ups are required to keep extensions lasting. Other methods offered include HaloCouture invisible wire, Great Lengths, and HairTalk adhesive extensions.

Color and texture services include foil highlights, balayage, hair painting, full color, color glaze, color retouch, and spot color. Olaplex can be added to a color service for $25. Color formulas belong to the salon, and a formula can be purchased for $203 to take to another stylist. Color services do not include a blow-dry, but one can be added at booking. Permanent waving and Spiral require a consultation first, and Keratin Complex and Brazilian Blowout require a 50% deposit to schedule. Stylists are trained in current cutting techniques using razors, texturizers and shears.

The salon says its education goes beyond hair design, and stylists move through an eight-level system from Associate Designer to Artistic and Technical Director. Designers attend monthly advanced classes taught by Wella, Oribe and Kerastase.

The salon aims for a warm, creative environment that reflects its passion for the craft.
