Visits start with a consultation tailored to hair type and preferences. Chemical services include single-process color, root touch-ups, partial and full blonding, perms and Brazilian blowouts. Full Blonding covers full highlights or full balayage and includes one bowl of lightener, a root smudge and gloss, a haircut or deep conditioning treatment, and a blow-dry. Full Transformation is for larger changes such as color correction or light-to-dark transitions; it requires at least 4.5 hours, is charged by the hour, and may take more than one session depending on hair health.

Beyond color, the salon offers men's, women's and kids' cuts, express services such as dry cuts, shampoo and blow-dries and glosses, and spotlight highlights. Hair extensions begin with a consultation, and extension-specific blow-dry memberships are available. The Lash Lab offers lash extensions and tints, and the nail menu includes manicures, pedicures and GelX extensions.
