The salon's approach combines custom color and cuts, extensions and the guest experience. Stylists aim to show guests how to recreate their look at home. Shannon, an owner of the salon, focuses on leadership, culture and stylist development, and the team also runs an assistant program in which lead stylists teach classes to future stylists.

Every visit begins with an in-depth consultation covering hair history, lifestyle and the current condition of the hair. After that, the stylist presents a plan with a projected price before anything is done. Listed prices are starting points and can change depending on the result a guest wants and how much hair is involved.

Extensions are a core service, with hand-tied, K-tip and halo options. The salon runs an extension model program: the guest pays for their hair, the installation is complimentary, and models commit to at least two consecutive move-ups. Spots are limited and offered with select stylists.

Color services range from correction to full transformation. Color correction is priced at $120 per hour and typically takes 4 to 8 hours; it requires a color consultation before a corrective appointment can be booked. A color transformation takes about 3 to 3.5 hours and starts at $340. Highlight and color-and-cut packages are also offered, with the salon recommending a full highlight package for first-time guests and for guests who have not visited in over four months. Partial highlights are suggested every two to three months after a full highlight, and base color maintenance every three to six weeks for base color and cut, or every four to six weeks for base color with highlights.
