First-time guests are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and to come with clean, dry hair for hair services, minimal makeup for facials, and product-free skin for spray tans. Guests with existing nail product should mention it before a nail appointment.

Skincare includes Skin Script facials and a set of advanced skin treatments: hydradermabrasion, ultrasonic skin therapy, radio frequency skin tightening, LED light therapy and microcurrent. Facial add-ons include LED light therapy, microcurrent, a hydrojelly mask and extra extractions, each taking about 10 to 15 minutes. Spray tans are custom airbrush applications given in a private tanning suite and matched to each guest's skin tone and chosen shade. GROW uses Sjolie sunless solutions, which are olive-based and come in 8, 10 and 12 percent DHA levels. A classic tan rinses off after 8 to 12 hours, and a rapid tan rinses in 1 to 4 hours, with both fully developing within 24 hours. The salon says its tans look natural and never orange, and that they give a glow without UV exposure. The Sunkissed Membership is $20 per month and gives members $35 custom spray tans, complimentary upgrades on every tan, a choice of traditional or rapid rinse, and a referral program that gives a friend $20 off and the member a $20 credit per referral.

Rebel Hearts Barbering is a barbershop inside the GROW building, which the shop describes as a classic barbershop with a modern edge. Its services are beard and mustache grooming, clipper cuts, hot towel shaves, transformation haircuts, and a haircut with hot towel shave, along with traditional hot towel shaves and fades. The shop has one more independent barber station available to rent for $200 per week. Renting barbers bring their own capes, aprons and tools, and may use Booksy or their own payment system. Intro and promotional incentives are offered to new renters.
