The salon says it aims to build a culture of authenticity and collaboration. It hopes to deliver a five-star experience without promising perfection, and says it commits to protecting the integrity of each guest's experience and hair.
Menu prices are based on shoulder-length hair of medium density, and longer hair or hair needing extra product may carry additional product costs.
Online booking through Boulevard covers individual and group appointments, packages and gift cards. Cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead carry no fee, while cancellations under 24 hours carry a 50% fee and a no call/no show carries a 100% fee. Arrivals 5 to 10 minutes late keep their original end time, and later arrivals may be asked to reschedule or pay a late fee. Children are welcome, though children with appointments wait in the waiting area during services.
