Color work is offered as a Partial Custom Color or a Full Custom Color. Both include toner, a deep conditioning treatment and a blow-dry, and both are designed to create dimension with a blended, rooted finish that grows out gradually. Every color appointment starts with a consultation built into the visit. For ideal upkeep, the salon suggests a full color once or twice a year with partials in between, and partial maintenance is typically needed every three to four months.
Extension clients begin with a mandatory consultation. Installs are applied strand by strand and hand-blended, and they come with an at-home care kit, a personalized care guide and a blowout appointment. The salon encourages a complimentary blowout check-in about six weeks after install. Bonds typically last three to five months, depending on growth, hair density, shedding and home care. Lunch is provided for longer install appointments. Bonds can be styled with heat, air-dried, braided or worn up, and they need no maintenance appointments between installs.
