Extensions are the main focus, with a focus on a natural look. Six extension options are offered, starting at 15 minutes, with keratin individuals and keratin wefts among the methods. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair. Bridal hair styling and women's haircuts are also offered, along with a blowout and a keratin smoothing treatment called Hair Botox that takes about two hours.

Cancellation fees depend on timing. Services cancelled less than 24 hours ahead are charged the full price, and those cancelled the day before are charged half. Keratin treatment and extension appointments cancelled 72 hours or less before the visit are charged in full. For in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, Buy Now, Pay Later is available, but it needs approval before the appointment.
