Bridal clients can book a Bridal Preview, a $275 trial that covers one look. Special event styling is $150, and clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair and bring inspiration photos if they have them. On-location blowdry and styling can be requested through an inquiry form at $200.
Extension work begins with a consultation, which decides which method suits a client and their hair type. Clients are asked to name the method they want when booking. The methods offered are K-tip, hand-tied wefts and tape-in. Services include rental at $200, new sets, retapes, move-ups and removal, and K-tip removal is free.
Other services include women's haircuts finished with heat styling suited to the cut, blowdries, men's haircuts, deep conditioning and complimentary bang trims. Children's haircuts are for existing clients only, and new clients are not being accepted for that service. The Cezanne Keratin Treatment is priced at $400.
Booking requests are confirmed within 24 hours. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows, and the full service charge goes on the card on record; the salon may reschedule or refuse service when a client is late. A late cancellation or no-show also incurs the full charge. Clients are asked to settle their account before booking upcoming appointments. Gift cards can be purchased on the booking page.
The studio is built around finding the right fit for each client, with extension work starting from a consultation to choose a method that suits their hair type.
