Color services make up most of the menu. Options range from a quick gloss that adds shine and cancels brassiness between appointments, to root retouches that cover grays on new growth, to full color refreshes from root to ends. For bigger changes there are customized partial and full color services that combine lightening, color blocking and lowlighting, along with vivid transformations that begin with lightening or color removal. Vivid transformations are priced from $150 for partial work and $300 for full-head work, and the price can rise with the amount of product or the placement, so clients are asked to message the studio first to talk through the plan.

Cuts include a standard haircut with shampoo and styling, a shorter clipper-based cut, and a cut with color. Blowouts can be finished sleek and smooth, with a blow-dry and iron curl, or as a traditional voluminous style. A deep conditioning treatment is customized to hair needs and includes an extended scalp massage; it has to be booked alongside another service. Hours are Thursday and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and the studio is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. A 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and new clients booking full custom color pay a $40 deposit.
