Every visit can start with a free consultation of about 30 minutes, which covers the services a client wants and their hair history. Highlight and color prices depend on the work involved: foil-based highlights are priced by foil count, with Sun Kissed Highlights using 6 to 10 foils, Partial Highlight using 10 to 20, and Full Highlight 20 or more. Toner and a blowout are included in the highlight services, and Balayage, a blended blonde look, includes toner, a blowout and styling. Basic Style, such as loose curls, a braid or a quick style, does not include shampoo or a blowout. Kids haircuts are for ages 12 and under.

Appointments carry a few policies. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time incur a 50% fee, no-shows are charged 100%, and there is a 10-minute grace period for service appointments.

Each visit starts with a free consultation to match services to what the client wants and their hair history.
