Bridal services are a focus. A bridal package includes a trial session, coordination before the wedding and on-site styling at the client's hotel, suite or venue on the day. A trial is recommended, and couples are asked to reach out six to twelve months before the wedding.

Booking policies: changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a charge of 50% of the reserved service applies. No-shows are charged the full price of the booked service. The salon may ask for a major credit, debit or gift card at booking to hold an appointment. A 3% fee applies to card payments, cash carries no fee, and checks are not accepted.

Each cut, color and style is shaped around the person getting it, with pricing reflecting the work involved and the stylist's experience.
