Services are by appointment, though same-day requests are welcome. The salon keeps hours on several weekdays and on Saturday and Sunday, and clients can call or text 616.259.0049. Ozzy, the salon's Pomeranian, greets clients and is often at the salon, though not every day.
Prices marked with a plus sign are starting rates, and added time or product raises the total. Extra time is billed in 15-minute increments at each service's rate. Color correction starts at $90 per hour, perms at $45 per hour, and extensions at $60 per hour, with hair and supplies bought separately. A nonrefundable deposit may be asked for, depending on the service and client status, and it is applied to the final total. A deposit can be moved once with at least 36 hours' notice; cancellations or reschedules with less notice forfeit it. Clients who have not arrived or called within 10 minutes of their appointment may be charged 15% of the scheduled total.
Works with an art-trained eye, applying color theory to cutting and color, and keeps building skills through hands-on work and advanced techniques.
