Free parking is available directly outside the building. Clients enter through the first door on the south side and then let the stylist know from the waiting area that they have arrived.
Color is priced as a base fee plus a charge for the exact amount of product used, calculated with the SalonScale tool based on hair length, density and the result you want. Color and chemical consultations are required for creative and corrective color, and corrective color is $75 per hour after an in-person or virtual consultation. Extension services also require a consultation first.
Bridal work starts with an inquiry about the date, followed by a discussion of pricing and a bridal trial, then a contract and deposit. Bridal styling can travel up to 100 miles from the Grand Rapids salon, charged at $0.50 per mile driven to the wedding location.
Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice is charged at 50% of the booked services, and a no-call, no-show is charged 100%. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may lead to cancellation or a 10% fee, depending on the services booked. The loyalty program gives one point for every $7 spent, and points expire after 12 months.
The salon describes its color services as premium and customized, with the amount of product matched to each client's hair.
