The salon aims to feel comfortable and artistic, a place where stylists and clients come together. Each stylist sets their own schedule and works with their own approach, and looks are shaped around each client's personal style and personality. Many services are priced after a consultation, so listed prices are often starting points. Free consultations are offered for color correction, general services and perms, and new clients need a consultation before a perm. Service times shown are maximums, so first-time visitors should set aside the full time block.

Needle and yarn braids can use yarn the client supplies, or yarn from a limited selection of colors. Add-on treatments are only offered with a service that includes a shampoo, or when a shampoo is added, and brow tint cannot be booked on its own.

Looks are tailored to each client's individual style and personality, and each stylist brings their own approach to their craft.
