The services are grouped into add-ons, blowouts, bridal, color, cuts, extensions and highlights. Color services can pair a root retouch with highlights, a blowout or a haircut, and bridal options include a trial, a day-of bridal style and bridesmaid or prom hair. Bridal hair is done in studio only, and travel is not included in its price.

New client requests are not guaranteed. A New Client Consultation Form is sent to confirm services and timing, and a confirmation follows once the request is approved. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes are charged half of the scheduled services, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount.

The studio is currently accepting new clients. The bridal deposit and trial is a non-refundable deposit that holds a wedding date and includes one trial and the day-of style.
