The menu spans cuts, color, extensions, nail care, treatments, bridal hair and makeup, and on-site appointments. Cuts include a curly cut that is cut dry, washed and cut again wet, a scissor cut with shampoo, style and blowout, and clipper cuts. Children's boys and girls cuts include a wash and style for children younger than high school age. Color runs from lowlights, gloss and root touch-ups to balayage, full foil highlights, bleach and tone, and vivid coloring, which is priced by placement plus a color add-on.

Bridal hair and makeup trials, applications and formal hair styles are offered in the salon. In-salon bridal styles and makeup applications are booked online, with one of each per name or appointment. On-site bridal hair and makeup reach southeastern PA, NJ, DE, MD and other parts of PA, and booking requires contacting the salon and a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date. For destination weddings, travel is complimentary when the couple provides flights and lodging; otherwise it is charged at $2 per mile round trip plus an on-site cost or a flat travel package.

Booking details: a card is needed to book, and reminders go out two days before appointments. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice can be rescheduled without a fee; later cancellations may be charged 50% of the service. No-shows are charged 50% of the missed service or a non-refundable deposit toward the next appointment, chosen by the stylist. Arriving 15 minutes or more late can lead to rescheduling and a late cancellation fee. Services may be shortened or changed to fit the time available.

Services are not refunded. Corrections are made at no additional cost within 5 days of the original appointment, for the service agreed at consultation. Changes beyond that consultation are charged as a new service. Monday and Friday hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday is 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday is 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Tuesday is by request.

The salon works independently and gives specific attention to curly hair. It states that services are corrected when necessary, and it sets clear rules on timing and changes so clients know what to expect.
