The studio aims to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a friendly salon atmosphere. Services include classic and contemporary cuts and styles for men, women and children, along with color, extensions, bridal hair and makeup, lash services, airbrush tanning, waxing and treatments.

Clients who are unsure which service to book can message or call to consult with a stylist. Each stylist sets their own pricing based on experience level, and exact estimates are given on request by phone, email, or direct message on Facebook or Instagram.

A few policies to know: arrive 10 minutes early, since arriving 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; without that notice, or on a no-show, the salon may charge 50% of the service price. Larger color services booked online require a card on file, and clients who no-show without one must pre-pay for future appointments. Color is guaranteed for 7 days, except vivid color, which is not guaranteed after service.

The salon aims for a comfortable, friendly visit and says all of its staff are fully trained in cutting and coloring techniques.
