Color is the studio's main focus. The team works across blonding, balayage, specialty highlighting, root retouches, color corrections and fashion shades, and offers haircuts, blowdrys, smoothing services, lash-free brow and lip work, and waxing alongside the color menu. Lundi joined the team as a stylist, bringing a range of cutting and color work.

Wedding hair is a long-standing part of the business. The salon says it has worked with wedding parties for over 12 years and is LGBTQ+ inclusive for weddings. Leah and Dani can handle up to 12 wedding appointments across six hours without bringing in freelance bridal artists. Wedding services can be done at a location the client chooses, and services starting before 8am carry an extra hourly fee per stylist. Weddings within 30 miles of the salon have no added travel charge, while destination weddings require the client to cover travel and a one- to two-night stay. The salon no longer offers wedding makeup, but its Recommended Vendors page lists makeup artists who are also estheticians, along with florists the team has worked with.

New guests can book a haircut without first completing the consultation form, or book a virtual or in-person consultation before booking a service. Color prices cover color only, so a haircut or blowdry is added to reach the total. Appointments of one hour and fifteen minutes or less need 48 hours notice by text to cancel or reschedule, and longer appointments need 72 hours. Cancellations and reschedules are charged on a sliding scale: a warning for the first missed notice, 50 percent of the service total for the second, and the full amount for the third. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late lose the appointment and are rebooked, and clients who have been exposed to illness can reschedule without the usual charge. Clean, dry hair is requested for all services.

Color is the core of the studio, with consultations offered before a first booking and product suggestions available by text or email.
