The salon's stated goals are helping guests get beautiful hair while supporting long-term hair and scalp health, and making sure every guest leaves satisfied and feels heard, valued and cared for. It says it keeps up with current trends, including coloring techniques, extensions and deep conditioning treatments, and it describes itself as combining luxury salon services, scalp wellness, hair enhancement, personalized consultations and ongoing education. Hair services cover haircuts with a shampoo and scalp massage before a blow-dry, custom color, highlights and lowlights, balayage, restorative treatments for bond repair, moisture restoration and scalp renewal, and extensions in tape-in, weft, K-tip and topper styles. Head Spa scalp treatments, scalp analysis and in-person consultations for hair enhancement, toppers and extensions are also offered. Bridal hair styling is available on-site and in the salon, with trial runs and bridal party packages.

Every color and balayage visit starts with a consultation to recommend a technique, timeline and price range, and a first hair visit begins with a fuller discussion of goals, lifestyle, maintenance and concerns. Hair pricing depends on length, density, desired result and the services needed, and it is discussed before service begins. Stylists cannot give an exact quote without an in-person consultation. Color is typically scheduled every four to twelve weeks, and color services do not include a blow-dry, which is booked separately. Online bookings over $50 require a deposit, and cancellations within 24 hours forfeit it. The salon states its stylists and estheticians are licensed.

Skin care includes Hydrafacials, the Evolve Signature Facial, a Signature Back Facial, microdermabrasion using a diamond instrument, an Oxygen Rx Facial, LED Light Therapy, dermaplaning and a customizable HydroJelly Mask add-on. The salon describes itself as a destination for Hydrafacials, facials, acne treatments, anti-aging skincare and waxing. Lash services include classic and hybrid volume eyelash extensions as well as lash tint and lash lift with tint.
