For haircuts, the salon suggests bringing two photos of the look you want. Haircut prices depend on hair length, time and the level of stylist, and color is priced by the amount of hair and time involved. Perms start at $82, and quotes are available by calling the salon. Deposits are $25 for a haircut or barbering, $75 for a haircut and color, $50 for color only, $100 for vivid color, $50 for a perm or smoothing, and $100 for a Brazilian Blowout. Deposits go toward the service at checkout and can roll over to a future appointment. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice by calling (412) 367-2444, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook. Card payments carry a 3% fee, while cash and check do not. Tips can be given in cash, check or Venmo, but not by credit card. Clients unhappy with a hair service should contact the salon within one week.

The salon is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Walk-ins are welcome alongside online booking. The building has an onsite café with snacks and drinks, a wraparound deck, an ATM and easy parking, and the salon has room for up to 18 stylists.
