Gray blending is a customized, long-term color service that eases the move from artificial color to natural gray. New clients are asked to submit a request form with their hair history and photos, and a consultation may be required before the first service.

Opening hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 9pm, Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. A credit card must be on file to make a booking. Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment incurs a charge of 50% of the booked services, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%. Refund and price-change requests are accepted only within 7 days of the appointment date.
