Brow & Crown Collective was started by two friends, Jessica and Laura, who each already owned a small beauty business. The salon offers hair and brow services and operates under a cosmetology license.
Each room has its own design theme, with small details to discover, and the space is set up for comfort and relaxation. The salon welcomes all clients and says it maintains a no-judgment environment. New clients receive a virtual consultation by email, where they answer questions and send photos of their current hair and inspiration. Consultations and photo reviews are free. Appointments and gift cards are handled through Square, and gift cards come in amounts of $10, $20, $25, $50, or a custom amount, sent by email or text.
Brow and lash services include facial and lip or chin waxing ($10), brow tweezing for clients who cannot be waxed, such as those with sensitive skin or using skin actives or acne medication (from $17), brow wax or shaping ($29), brow tint ($29), lash tint ($29), lash lift ($75, with a curl that lasts up to 8 weeks), classic full set lash extensions (from $75), and brow lamination ($65). Combo services are done in one appointment, such as brow lamination with tint plus a lash lift and tint for $175. Brow maintenance is designed for upkeep between lamination visits and includes wax, tint, and a restorative hydrating treatment for $50. Hair services include clipper cuts (from $35), medium and pixie cuts (from $70), long cuts (from $60), and color charged by the hour at $95, or $125 per hour for corrective and vivid color. Full Brazilian blowouts start at $300 and last up to 4 months, and an express keratin version starts at $150. Pricing is gender-neutral and based on appointment length.
Policies: cancellations need 48 hours notice to avoid a fee, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled total, while a no-call, no-show is charged 75%. A card on file is required to book. Arriving more than 15 minutes late reduces the appointment and adds a late fee. Children under 10 are not served. Patch tests are not done in the salon; product samples are available for $25 if requested at least 48 hours before the appointment, to take to an allergist. Clients should not wear contact lenses for lash lift appointments, and should stop retinol, tretinoin, and AHA or BHA products at least 7 days before waxing. The owner's dog may be in the salon at times, and clients with dog allergies can request a dog-free day when booking. The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or abusively. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
The salon uses only cruelty-free products, carrying brands certified as not tested on animals. Clients are offered a short consultation before each visit, and brow and lash combo services are done together in a single appointment.
