Studio Helenette is a solo, independent studio in Daly City, located inside Sola Salon at the back, southwest side of Serramonte Center, close to Daiso and Dave & Buster's. Helenette is the owner and works behind the studio's services herself.

Helenette is a licensed cosmetologist, licensed since 2004. Her background includes freelance makeup work with MAC Cosmetics from 2007 to 2013, an arch expert role with Benefit Cosmetics in 2008, and several years teaching makeup at Paul Mitchell schools. She has also helped build a cosmetology makeup curriculum that is still used in those schools, and she has coached students and teachers at several of them. She left retail work to open her own business in January 2016.

The studio's menu is organized around bridal work, brows, lashes, waxing, makeup and hair. Bridal services include a bridal consultation with a makeup application and hair style trial, day-of bridal hair and makeup, and separate pricing for bridal parties and flower girls. Bridal makeup includes natural-look false strip lashes, and clients may bring their own lashes. The consultation is optional.

Brow services range from basic shaping to brow lamination, which sets and shapes brows for several weeks, with a brow tint available as an add-on. Lash options include a lash lift with an optional tint, individual lash clusters in half or full sets, and strip lash application. Waxing covers the face, neck, underarms and bikini and Brazilian areas.

Studio hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 7pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9am to 6pm. The studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Gratuity is not included in service prices. For bridal work away from the studio, travel and parking costs apply, and on-location services 30 or more miles away have a minimum number of services.
