The spa is calm, with a European-inspired setting that the spa describes as warm and cozy.

Facials are built around GUINOT Paris products, which the spa uses as its main professional skin care line, alongside Dr. Spiller products from Germany and France. Services include the Hydradermie facial and its Lift and Plus versions, the Hydraclean deep-cleansing facial and its 55-minute Skin Refresh version, manual extractions for congested pores, an oxygenation treatment, an eye-recovery treatment, a teen facial, rosacea treatment, microdermabrasion, and GUINOT Age Summum Plus, which includes dermabrasion, a Vitamin C serum and a pro-collagen mask. The spa recommends three Hydradermie treatments before an Age Summum Plus. Season's Glow is a 75-minute Hydradermie rejuvenation using up to 15 products with manual extractions. Standard facial sessions run 85 minutes.

Peels include a facial peel for acne, blemishes, uneven pigmentation or damaged skin, and the GUINOT Triple Peel, a series of three peels about two to three weeks apart that begins with a deep pore cleanse. The Triple Peel requires a consultation and skin-tolerance test before booking. The Acneic Treatment is a three-visit series for congested skin, discounted as a series. Body and back options include body masks, body wraps, chemical peels, and back facials with exfoliation, extractions and a cleansing back mask. Massage and Reiki sessions are also offered, and some body and massage treatments begin with a consultation. Facial and massage combinations and spa combo bookings are available, along with gift certificates.

Booking is by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Requests can be sent by text to 703-385-6800, including your name, or through the website contact form. Clients are asked to arrive within 15 minutes of their time and to mention allergies, sensitivities or medications before treatment. Late arrivals may have the service shortened to keep the schedule. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies, and late cancellations may be charged. Free parking is available. Clients may bring their daily skincare products for review, and the spa gives home care advice, including avoiding foaming soaps and electric brushes that can strip natural oils. Take-home GUINOT products are sold, and monthly treatment bookings enroll clients in a Priority Client Program that discounts home-care products. Virtual skincare consultations, curbside pickup and optional delivery of products are also offered.

Each treatment is customized to the client's skin condition, goals and season, with one-to-one attention and a consultation on arrival for signature facials.
