Every visit is booked by appointment. New clients start with a free consultation, where a technician assesses skin, hair and goals, recommends a suitable laser and states the cost before any treatment. Treatment plans are built after that conversation, and laser hair removal prices depend on the area and number of sessions. The clinic states there are no hidden fees for laser hair removal.

The clinic uses FDA-approved Candela lasers, including the GentleMax Pro Plus, GentleLase Pro and GentleYag Pro. Several wavelengths are available so the laser can be matched to skin and hair, and GentleYag Pro is used for darker skin tones. The laser systems have built-in cooling during treatment. Most clients need six to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Results are best on dark hair, and the clinic notes that blonde, red or gray hair often responds poorly.
