Surgical procedures are grouped into face, breast and body categories, and the non-surgical side covers injectables such as Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, dermal fillers including Sculptra, laser work, medical-grade facials and CoolSculpting.

Before any treatment, new patients book a consultation. A surgical consultation requires a $150 deposit that counts toward a surgery booked within six months. Filler and neurotoxin consultations require a $75 deposit that applies to an appointment within 30 days. New med spa consultations require a $50 deposit, which is non-refundable and cannot be used toward skincare products. A written plan follows, which the patient takes to a patient coordinator to get pricing and schedule treatment. Coordinators also answer questions and set up one-on-one appointments with Dr. Chopra.

Listed surgical prices reflect the surgeon's fee only and exclude facility and anesthesia costs, so the coordinator provides the full total once a plan is made. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours or two business days notice; late notice or a no-show carries a $150 fee charged to the card on file. Financing is available through Cherry, which lists 0% APR options on qualifying plans with no hard credit check, with amounts up to $10,000 on its financing page. The practice also accepts CareCredit and PatientFi and participates in the Allē Rewards and Aspire Rewards programs.

Med spa memberships are billed monthly and include MedSpa tiers Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Onyx, plus Tox Basic and Tox Elite. Weight loss tiers Ignite, Thrive and Transform include weekly semaglutide, and weight loss members receive a weekly complimentary B12 shot, with monthly IV therapy added at Thrive and Transform. Membership injections depend on provider availability. Members also receive discounts on skincare products that range from 10% to 25% depending on tier.

Out-of-town patients can use a travel guide covering arrival, nearby hotels, restaurants and shopping, and the website includes pre- and post-operative instructions. Appointments can be booked online or by phone at 703-962-2520.
