Estheticians assess skin in person and recommend a facial type, such as hydration, acne and pore control, anti-aging, or general preservation. Clients who want a longer facial plan can email the business for a detailed plan and consultation. The business states that monthly facials are recommended for the best long-term results.

Booking requires a credit card or gift card held at the business's discretion. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full session.
