Hair services include cutting, styling and coloring, with balayage, highlights, ombre and babylights. Color correction and fantasy color transformations are priced at consultation, and hair extensions are quoted the same way. Keratin smoothing treatments reduce frizz rather than straightening hair. Perms, Olaplex and Goldwell Shine treatments, and updos for special events are also offered. Hair prices are not published online, so estimates come by phone or email, and a blow dry is included with men's and women's haircuts.

Facial work includes clinical facials that use Image Skincare International products, covering acne, brightening, hydration, anti-aging and chemical peels. Collagen renewal facials can add microcurrent, microdermabrasion or an oxygen lift. Signature facials range from a 30-minute express facial to a luxury option, with a separate gentlemen's facial that can include beard treatments and a teen facial. Body treatments include a back cleansing facial, a Dead Sea body scrub and seaweed and peppermint body wraps. According to the salon, facials are performed by Master Estheticians.

The nail salon is set up with partitions between stations and dividers between clients and technicians, and uses pedicure liners. It offers Zero Gravity waterless steam pedicures in a private room with chairs that the salon says were designed by NASA. The salon states it is the only nail salon in Fairfax offering that pedicure. Manicure options include organic manicures using 100 percent organic products, Signature Nail System manicures, Gel-X extensions, Silk Wrap nails and Diamond powder manicures. Nail enhancements are guaranteed for seven days, and the salon recommends SNS fills every two weeks.

Massage therapy includes Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, medical and therapeutic, and prenatal massage, along with Trigger Point Therapy and Spinal Reflex Therapy. Waxing, sugaring and threading are offered for face, body and brows, and Brazilian services are performed by Master Estheticians, according to the salon. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with lash lifts, lash tinting and brow tinting also available. Spa day packages range from about two to six hours, and gift certificates can be bought for oneself, others or a group.

Booking changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50 to 100 percent of the service, and missed appointments are charged in full. Fees are credited toward a future visit for 60 days. A valid card on file may be required to hold a reservation. Refunds are not offered on services already performed, and concerns about a service should be reported within 48 hours, with complimentary adjustments offered when appropriate.

The salon aims to let clients handle several services in one visit, and it describes its massage therapy as given in a wellness spa setting.
