Spacehead Salon is a Charlotte salon whose team covers hair cutting and color, blonding, blowouts, extensions, makeup, lash and brow services, and esthetics. Every booking needs a valid credit card on file, which covers late cancellations and no-shows. Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment incurs a charge of 50% of the scheduled services, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full amount. A client who arrives more than 15 minutes late may not get the complete service and may be asked to rebook, and rebooking after a late arrival may carry a fee. When a stylist falls behind and cannot complete a service in full, a discount may be offered, decided case by case and approved by a manager. Paying by card adds a 3.5% transaction fee to each payment; paying in cash avoids that fee.
