Styles include Swedish, therapeutic, prenatal and neuromuscular massage, and sports massage for athletes and active people combines deep tissue technique with stretching and sports-specific work, with assisted stretching available. Every massage includes aromatherapy and hot towels. The Siesta Key Stress Buster pairs a 60-minute therapeutic massage with Treehouse CBD oil and a full-spectrum CBD gummy, and Connie's Signature Treatment combines massage and facial work, with hot stones or aromatherapy options. Facials are built on Pevonia Botanica skincare, which the spa says is made with non-comedogenic ingredients and is free of alcohol, PABA, artificial colors, fragrances, mineral oils and lanolin. Each facial includes a consultation and recommendations from a licensed aesthetician, along with complimentary aromatherapy, and the products can be bought for home care. Options include the Signature Facial at $155, a pumpkin peel facial at $180, dermaplaning, and microcurrent facial sculpting, which uses microcurrent to lift, tone and tighten facial and jawline muscles; a series of sessions is recommended. A teen facial is suited to first-time facial clients.

Beyond massage and facials, the spa offers reiki, including an intuitive healing treatment using hands-on energy work, and acupuncture, which uses hair-thin needles at specific body points after the condition is assessed. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, as fills or full sets, and the spa describes its extensions as medical-grade. Booking requires 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service amount, and same-day reschedules may carry a fee. Clients are asked not to bring valuables, and the spa is not responsible for items lost or forgotten. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign the consent form and remain at the spa for the full treatment.
