Color plans are built around each client's natural growth pattern, hair texture and day-to-day routine. The salon's strongest areas are blonde work, balayage and hand-tied extensions, with highlights, lowlights, toners and glosses handled as part of the same planning.

Extension consultations cover goals, hair history, length and the amount of hair wanted, and lead to a personalized plan. The salon describes its extension work as seamless. Pricing for balayage and extensions varies with hair length, density and the result wanted, so the consultation is where a personalized quote is given.

Visits are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. New clients are asked for a $50 deposit when booking online, which is credited toward the service total. Changes need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
