The studio focuses on brow work, lash extensions, lash lifts, and visits that combine lash and brow services. Brow sculpting uses a zinc oxide wax that suits sensitive skin, and the session finishes with a hydrating skincare product. A lip wax can be added to the sculpt. The peptide-infused hybrid dye with sculpting stains the skin for up to 10 days and tints the hairs for up to 8 weeks. Brow lamination and lash lift results last about 6 to 8 weeks. The lash lift ritual and the lash lift and brow lamination duo include a scalp massage or a hand and arm massage while the product processes. Eye and lip treatments are included with several brow services and with custom lash extensions.

Custom lash extension sets are designed to the client, and the studio asks clients to come in for touch-ups and rebalances. Touch-ups and extended rebalances are offered to existing clients only, and the studio does not work on extensions applied by other artists. A standard touch-up suits a set where roughly half to most of the lashes remain; if fewer are intact, an extended fill or a full new set may be recommended.

Bookings are made as usual, and a package works the same way: clients with an existing package book services normally, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, or a first no-show, are charged 50% of the service price.

Services are shaped around each client's brows, lashes and skin, with lash shades and set designs chosen to suit the individual.
