Lash extensions run from a Natural Lash Set, which gives roughly 70% fullness, through Classic, Hybrid, Wet, Volume, Anime and Mega Volume sets. Sets take from about an hour to two hours. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks to keep a set looking its best, and fill options are available at one, two and three week intervals. Lashes that are not clean on arrival may need extra cleansing time or may incur a cleaning fee, so clients are asked to come with clean lashes. New clients, or anyone with sensitive skin or a past reaction to lash products, can book a short patch test first.

For clients who want a lift without extensions, the Korean Lash Lift and Tint curls and darkens natural lashes. Brow lamination and tint smooths and lifts natural brow hairs and adds a custom color, with results the business says typically last four to six weeks. Lash tinting and gel lash removal are also available.

The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 AM until 8 PM, on Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM, and on Saturday from 9 AM until 3 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Changing a booking by cancelling or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice; anything shorter carries a $25 service fee. A no-show or same-day cancellation is billed $25 of the booked service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late could mean being asked to rebook, and a cancellation fee might also apply. Buy Now, Pay Later financing can be used in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, but approval must be granted before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $100, $150 or $200, or in a custom value, and all gift card sales are final.
