Waxing is done with Ciripil European wax, in hard or strip form. Waxing removes hair from the follicle rather than cutting it at the surface, and with consistent appointments hair can take up to four weeks to grow back, often looking thinner, with less stubble and fewer ingrown hairs. Appointments run from 15 minutes to an hour. Hair needs to be at least a quarter inch long or have about three weeks of growth. A numbing agent can be applied before treatment; ask the esthetician about it.

Lash services use NovaLash semi-permanent individual extensions, which the studio describes as oil and water proof, along with lash removal and lash tinting. Permanent makeup covers microblading, powder brow and lip blush. It begins with a consultation, so clients are asked to call first.

Booking is online, up to an hour ahead, with instant email confirmation. Clients sign a waiver detailing the waxing procedure before service. Bikini clients can keep underwear on, wear a disposable panty, or go nude. Before a visit, come freshly showered and free of oils and lotions, and exfoliate the bikini area. Afterward, exfoliate 24 to 48 hours later, avoid sunbathing for 24 hours, and skip scented lotions, perfumes and alpha hydroxy products for 48 hours.
