Every color service starts with a consultation, and new clients receive a 15-minute consultation as part of new-client color services. Haircuts are shaped to each client's hair type and needs, and straightening and perm services also begin with a consultation to review hair condition and goals. Online booking is available, and clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, since a late arrival may shorten the treatment.
