The menu is grouped into cutting, styling, coloring and conditioning treatments. Coloring includes all-over color in one process, highlights, double process, ombre and corrective color. Corrective color, ombre and first-time double process bookings require a consultation first. The salon offers a free 15-minute consultation and a free service questions appointment for clients who want to talk through options before booking.

DevaCurl cuts are dry cuts designed for curly hair, and the salon lists separate prices for regular, thick and extra thick tight curls such as 3B, 4B and 4C. First-time DevaCurl clients receive product guidance and three steps of one-on-one training.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours of notice; shorter-notice cancellations and no-shows are charged the full reserved amount. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may not be able to keep their appointment and are also charged the full amount.
