Hair is the core of the menu. Braids, twists, locs, sew-ins, crochet and quick weaves are listed with starting prices, along with curly cuts, keratin smoothing, silk presses and curl and wash-and-go styling. Kids services are for children ages 8 and under, and clients 9 and older book adult services. Braid, twist and sew-in prices don't include hair; the salon will supply it if requested in advance. Braid clients need hair washed, blow-dried and detangled before the appointment, or they can book a hair wash add-on.

Makeup options run from natural and soft glam to full and bridal glam, with strip lashes available as an add-on to a makeup service. Nail services include classic manicures and pedicures and gel sets, though acrylic enhancements aren't offered. Facial waxing and several smaller waxes are also on the menu. Wig services include washes, styling, updos and installs; a wig install requires dropping the wig off before the appointment so the salon can inspect it.

Beyond the salon chair, the salon offers on-location work for weddings, fashion shows, special events and other group bookings in the Massachusetts area. Travel services are for groups, not individual at-home visits, and require a phone call and consultation before booking, with a travel fee based on distance. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and the salon is closed on Sundays. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit (many services range from $5 to $75) that is applied to the total. Changes or cancellations with at least 48 hours notice allow the deposit to move once to a new date, while requests inside 48 hours, no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service total.
