The waxing menu runs from small areas such as toes, lip and chin up to back, full leg and full arm, plus face and brow combinations. Women can book basic bikini, extended bikini, Brazilian and maintenance Brazilian appointments. Strip and hard waxes are chosen to suit each client's skin type, and hard wax is used for areas such as the ears. New clients complete a waxing consent form before their first appointment.

Facials are built around organic skin care, with Dr. Hauschka lines used in the organic treatments. Options include a 60-minute signature organic facial, a hydrodermabrasion facial that uses a diamond or silicone tip, and a longer hydrodermabrasion version with oxygen infused serums applied through an oxygen wand. The Gua Sha and sonic energy facial pairs facial massage with Sonic Slider tuning forks, and infrared LED light therapy in red, blue or yellow is offered as a 20-minute add-on, with protective eyewear provided. A shorter teen introductory facial is also on the menu.

Lash tinting uses a vegetable-based dye and typically lasts a couple of weeks. The brow tint is a hybrid option that can last up to four days on the skin and up to four weeks on the hair, though results vary.

Some preparation is asked of clients. Facial skin care products with retinoids or alpha or glycolic acids should be stopped at least seven days before facial waxing, and clients should avoid Accutane for at least a year before waxing. Hair should be about a quarter to half inch long for waxing, and anyone who shaves should stop at least two weeks before. The oxygen hydrodermabrasion facial should be booked at least 15 days after Botox or dermal fillers.

Strip and hard waxes are selected to suit each client's skin type, with the aim of thoughtful, consistent, high-quality care.
