Hair color is the core of the business, and the company says it is known for coloring, extensions and extreme makeovers. Balayage is the most-requested color service. Other blonding options include Camou-lage, a 2025 technique with a subtle brush sweep through the length, and reverse-blonde balayage, called Winter Hi-lights, which adds lowlights to blonde hair and is often paired with a shadow root. Extensions are offered by Fusion, Tape-In and Hand-Tied methods, priced by consultation. Skin services are performed by esthetician apprentices. The A-Facials include skin analysis, massage, a treatment mask, extractions and home care advice, and use the YONKA of Paris line. Advanced preventative and corrective facials and a 30-minute live sampling session are also offered, along with Skin Saver packages in series of three or six. New guests complete a full registration and a $50 prepayment at booking, which is refunded or credited if the appointment is changed 72 hours or more in advance. Day-of cancellations and no-shows are charged a percentage of the service, rising with each occurrence, and a no-show fee applies if a guest does not arrive within 15 minutes of the start time.
