Online appointment requests are reviewed and approved by the salon, which may contact clients to adjust the time slightly. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9AM to 7PM. Street parking and library and city parking are available nearby.

Massage appointments require a 50% deposit, which is refunded with at least 24 hours notice given by email or phone. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, or not showing up, results in a charge of 50% of the missed appointment.

Pricing varies by service. All-over color is priced by the amount needed, with $10 added for every additional 10 grams above 35 grams. Braiding starts at $30 and depends on difficulty, and braiding requires a call to the salon for a customized quote. Extensions are also priced by custom quote.

The spa menu includes custom facials in 30, 45, 60, 75, and 90 minute lengths, starting at $90 for 30 minutes, along with dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, micro needling, peels, brow and lash services, and nano infusion. Nano infusion is a non-invasive pen-style treatment that uses tiny stainless steel tips that do not penetrate the skin. The salon recommends a series of 3 to 5 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart. Waxing and massage are also offered.

Services run across hair, nails, and spa care at one location. Braids and extensions are quoted individually, and nano infusion is planned as a series.
