Before a first set, a free 10-minute consultation covers questions about services and how lashes will be mapped. Fill length depends on the client. A mini fill is a touch-up for an event or a one-week fill and is not meant for fills older than two weeks. The 60- and 90-minute fills replace grown-out extensions or cover more missing lashes. The 2-hour fill suits fills more than four weeks old, clients coming from another salon, and clients who have lost many lashes. Model full sets can only be booked through the service provider.

Brow services include waxing to clean or shape, with a soft wax option, brow tinting, a combined wax and tint, and brow lamination with wax for a fluffy or structured look that lasts 6 to 10 weeks. Waxing also covers the lip, nose and a full facial wax that includes brows, lip, chin, sideburns, cheeks and forehead. Clients are asked to avoid exfoliating and retinol or vitamin A for a week before a brow wax, and to avoid retinol and vitamin A or C products for a week before a full facial wax.
