The studio works with Novalash individual extensions in classic, American volume and London volume styles. Each set can be shaped to a chosen length and curl, and can lean dramatic or natural. The Bel Air location's profile states that its lash services are provided by a Novalash certified technician.

The studio says Novalash is the only lash brand whose adhesive was developed by physicians, and that it is the only brand it has found to be painless, longer lasting and non-irritating. These are the studio's own claims. According to the studio, extensions can last up to three months, and most clients fill them every two to four weeks.

A full set takes about two hours to apply, and fills take less time. Appointments are by appointment only, and the studio may ask for text confirmation on the day of the visit. The Bel Air profile lists hours from 9 am to 10 pm, Monday through Sunday.

Fills need a reasonable number of extensions remaining, and eyes with few or no extensions need a full set. The studio will fill extensions applied by another studio, but may decline fills on lashes that were applied poorly or are unruly. Removing lashes applied by another studio carries a charge, while removal of the studio's own Novalash lashes is free if there is trouble with them. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead may be penalized.

For aftercare, the studio advises avoiding heavy water and swimming for 12 to 24 hours after application. It does not recommend eyelash curlers with extensions, and suggests Novalash mascara or a water-based mascara rather than oil-based or waterproof formulas.

Each set is customized in length, curl and degree of drama or natural look. The studio says it chose Novalash for comfort and longer-lasting results.
