The salon says its goal is to make every visit relaxing, free of stress and memorable. Each appointment begins with a consultation so the team can shape the service around what the guest wants. Appointments can be booked online or by phone, with the guest choosing the location, the service and the stylist. Services are priced a la carte, and unless stated otherwise each one is booked as its own appointment, so a color and a haircut would be two visits. Menu prices are shown as starting ranges so guests can pick options that fit their budget.

Skincare is built around Comfort Zone products. Facials begin with a consultation on skin concerns and goals, and the treatment is adjusted to the individual's skin. The menu runs from short express facials to longer signature and sensory-focused treatments, along with several Hydrafacial levels, dermaplaning and enzyme peel options. The salon describes its Comfort Zone skincare as clean and sustainable. Extractions using the Hydrafacial machine are available as an add-on, and the salon offers savings when a client buys three or six Hydrafacial treatments.

Hair services include cuts for men, women, children under 10 and curly hair, plus color ranging from glazes and single process to highlights and balayage. Blowouts, perms, straightening treatments and several extension methods are also offered, with extensions starting with a consultation to assess hair and plan rows or pieces. Stylists are placed in levels based on demand for their time, so prices can vary by stylist, and the salon suggests asking about a particular stylist's fees. Bridal clients can start with a complimentary consultation with a bridal coordinator, who arranges appointments and introduces the staff.
