Hair is the core of the business. The salon aims at clients who want to stay current with trends or who prefer bold, trendsetting styles, and lists balayage and color as its specialties. Cuts are priced by stylist level: $35 with a Junior Stylist, $60 with a Senior Stylist and $120 with a Master Stylist, and each cut includes a consultation, shampoo, scalp massage and complimentary heat styling. Color and balayage prices are starting prices, and additional charges may apply for length and thickness when color is used, so clients should ask for the price before a service begins. Color correction is $100 an hour, all-inclusive. Olaplex treatments can be booked alone or added to color, and Malibu C moisture, protein and shine treatments are also offered. Clients receive free guidance on keeping color and style at home, and color work is guaranteed when a professional shampoo and conditioner are used at home. Fantasy and silver shades fade over time, and clients are told this when booking. The salon does not offer refunds.

The spa operates inside the salon. Its Farmhouse Fresh treatments are described as using naturally derived ingredients, made with ingredients from U.S. farms, and as cruelty free, and the salon describes its spa treatments as up to 100 percent natural. Every spa visit includes aromatherapy in a private lounge, infused water, scented hot towels, refreshments, a treat of the week to take home, self-care recommendations and an on-site shower. Facial options range from an express facial without extractions and a traditional facial to a back facial, the luxury facial menu and a series of Farmhouse Fresh facials, which the salon says are tailored to each guest's skin concerns. Body scrubs and wraps include Farmhouse Fresh and themed versions, several with a mask.

Nails are offered at a natural nail bar. The bar does not use acrylic; it uses Gel-X soft gel extensions, which last about three weeks on average, are soaked off and replaced at each visit, and require no drill. Drill-less services are available on request, and cuticle work is done without cheese graters. Pedicures take place in a private pedicure room and use a copper bowl instead of jets, because the salon says jets can spread bacteria. The salon may decline a nail service if the technician believes there is a risk of fungal or bacterial infection, and in that case charges the full booked price. Junior nail techs have less than a year of experience and are in the salon's in-house training program; the salon says they have completed cosmetology school and are state board certified.

Booking is by appointment. Online booking is available, and new clients are asked to call for a first appointment. Same-day appointments are sometimes available and can be requested by phone or email. The salon is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Sunday, and the phone number is 410-972-8696.
