The hair menu runs from cuts, blowouts and perms to full and partial highlights, balayage, all-over color, and tape-in or K-Tip extensions. Conditioning and organic smoothing treatments, including K18, OWAY and keratin options, sit alongside the color services. The day spa side offers a customized European facial, a shorter Mini Time-Saver Facial, a back facial with extractions, red light therapy, and the 15-minute Head Spa scalp treatment, which the salon calls its signature service. Waxing, gel and pedicure work, and lash and brow tints round out the menu.

Booking can be done online or by phone. Online bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and first-time clients pay the same deposit, which is taken off the total at the appointment. Perms, bridal services and extension work each start with a consultation, and extension pricing is set after a complimentary consultation that includes a detailed estimate. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice or a last-minute fee applies. Current hours are Tuesday 10am to 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 7pm, and Saturday 9am to 5pm.

Home care products can be exchanged within 14 days, while brushes, styling tools, hair accessories, makeup and discounted items are final sale. Clients unhappy with a service are asked to tell the salon within 3 business days, and an adjustment can be scheduled within 2 weeks of the original visit. Refunds are not offered for services already performed. The salon is currently hiring stylists, nail technicians and front desk assistants.
